Mrs Mbonu is a specialist Peri-operative Registered Nursing Professional with over 20 years experience covering all aspects of Nursing, Midwifery, Health and Safety. Her specialist areas includes Critical
Care and Theater Nursing. She has her training at Phojois-Savo Kuopio University, Finland and until her appointment as Director of nursing services at The Reddington Hospital, she was the consultant Head of Nursing Services at Delta University Teaching Hospital, Oghara, Delta State. Also doubled as Theater Manager of DELSUTH. Extensively involved in Nursing Education, Medical social hospital services and Administration as an Associate Lecturer in Nursing at the faculty of Health science of the Delta State University Abraka. Also works as a volunteer on health missions to rural areas to provide primary health care and nursing support to Doctors/Surgeons. Also supporting other groups in project management, especially in the health sector in Africa. She also worked at Whipps cross Hospital, London UK and Kuopio University teaching hospital, Finland before joining the learn at DELSUTH

Dr. Olutunde Lalude is a UK trained Consultant General and Laparoscopic  Surgeon with over 20years [postgraduate experience. He holds two  fellowships from the Royal college Surgeons of Edinburgh (FRCSEd, FRCSEd  (Gen Surg). He was appointed Consultant Colorectal, General and  Laparoscopic Surgeon to Princess Alexandra Hospital in Harlow, Essex in  004 where he specialized in colorectal and general surgery with  particular emphasized on colorectal oncology. He has extensive  experience in laparoscopic, colorectal and general surgery as well as  gastrointestinal endoscopy (colonoscopy and Gastroscopy).
His leadership experience includes clinical Director for Surgery. In  2006, he achieved the distinction of having the second lowest hospital  stay after bowel surgery in England as determined by reducing length of  stay. Org based at UCLH in London. His department maintained a length of  stay 3 days than lower national average after bowel surgery by using
enhanced recovery techniques.
He has been extensively involved in medical education with  responsibility for students from Barts and the London Medical School and  higher Surgical trainees from the London Deanery.
Dr Lalude is the Group Medical Director and Chief Of surgery of the  Reddington Hospital Group
